There is nothing good in this company. Teammates are partial, a lot of groupism is there. Its more of a sophisticated call centre

Management is partial. No learning, they will just tech you how to dial the phone. No trainings. Higher management is inhuman. They don't care if you have any family issues they won't approve your leaves if you are not in management's good books but if you are able to do that, then your life is easier there. Also you have to beg all the time for your own hard earned money. HR is pathetic.....she does no work.....even if you ask for your salary slips (again and again) she will reply after a month. and will literally make you beg for your salary slips...Read More
