Very worst place for person who work in Quality Department...... Toxic work environment. No system No any process...... Your job role is not fixed and for others failure Quality person will be the only one who is responsible. you leave your set job and and join Hicool,after 1 or 2 months of joining they will start harassing you because these people's itself don't know what work they want from you........ Also HR are not telling at time of interview that they may terminate you at any time in probation period and same thing they will get sign off from you at the time of joining....... They will tell you in interview that alternate Saturday and Sunday is off ,Don't fall for it because it is just a mirage to attract you........Read More

Worst decision in my life to join this organisation. They just hire and fire you. Most of the reviews over there are fake as HR departments pressure employees to give best feedback on this platform in return they will promise good hike. Garbage company Unprofessional - Gala system Management just want result without any support andmentally torture every day. Before joining please speak to X Employee. They pressure employee to lie about company to their customers and supplier. In my experience you shouldn’t leave your current organisation to Join Hicool as you don’t have any personal life after you join.
