Upper management i.e. MD and his son who is a director also they ppl are pathetic. They do not value for their employee their skill, nothing to learn their. Salary dates are not fixed some times on 7th of the month and mostly it goes after 23rd or 25th of month. No EL, CL provision. Totally pathetic company and work culture too

Company owners are very unprofessional and pathetic ppl... Those ppl can survive there who are expert in buttering. Skill and kmowledge does'nt matter there
