During my tenure in Hicàl, it is a good school for new employees to learn the quality and management skills and implement it to the company development. As all the elder employees are very encouraging people who will always push the new comers towards the development both official and person. It was good working with Hical family, some times it will be unmanageable when more breakdowns in the production process and new project PPAP stage.
