Duty time is Good (Timely in out) no pressure for extra stay, work life is balanced, no extremely extra burden, all departments Boss is very good, No mental harassment, Just Completed your work daily honestly and Punch wright time

Major issue is yearly increment not sure will done or Not, every year it is extremely delayed, Average increment is 8% max, after extremely delay given only 3 months arrear, their is a top management big problem they are thinking very old because of they are 75+, because of this Shop floor plan layout is very poor, shop floor is very derty due to oil leakage on every machine, all machines are in very bad condition due to all machine are 30+ year old, their is no system in production, forging, heat treatment, plating, machining have no system, Zero Safety, accedent occur daily it is normal in this company even that person's going dead, company doesn't pay anything to accedent and died person and that family, Canteen food is very pathetic and unhygienic, toilets are very dirty like road side toilet, all system are very poor due to top management have no pain, Customer Problem is very normal condition for all, Customer Problem se kisi ko koi fark nhi padta, keval quality wala Jane or vhi jhele, Defect generation or Defects prevention par koi kaam nhi hota, employee development and skills development to he hi nhi, keval inhouse thoda drama karte he or drama untrained bando se Karate he, Kaizen ke naam par every week confrence room me meeting karke presentation karte he, every person se compulsory 2 Kaizen demand karte he, Kaizen karna or dena acchi baat he, but given Kaizen ka koi value addition or quality improvement or time saving or improve productivity or lean manufacturing ke saath link to ho Kam se kam Kaizen jesa lage to sahi, lekin yha kya hota , yha to kabaad ko ekatrit karke cheezon ko kabaad jesa dikhane ko Kaizen khate he, aa ye bin ulti padi thi ab hamne ise seedha kar Diya lo ho gya Kaizen or taali bhi baz gyi, Bande bhi kya kare majburi he kyuki every week Kaizen dena he, or management ko kuch dena bhi nhi he to kese kare, Accha Kaizen karna he to investment to lagega Jo ki dena nhi agar kisi agree ho bhi to every table par approval sign ke liye bheekh mangte firo jese ki employees apne Ghar le ke ja rha he, Maximum Company are adopting new technology, new innovations, new ideas, lekin yha to 30 year purane system ki ghaseet rhe he, yha par Aaj bhi windows xp use hoti he, Jo ki ab khi nhi use hoti,...Read More
