Only pay is good. But as much they pay you more than that seniors tortures you lot.

Dislikes

Its not good envirornment to work. There is lot of politics is there. All the rules are only applied to juniors only. Seniors are very dominating nature especially in DCM departemnt. Zero level of professionalism is there. Management is worst.

working with Hi- Media will give yu room to balance your social and work life, build good relationship and help you work towards being a model.

Dislikes

The company should give the junior staff room to make their own contributions thereby giving them room to contribute to the growth of the organisation. the take home packages should be reviewed for junior staff cos truthfully the senior staff cant do without the junior staff and they are the one doing most of the tedious jobs.

Work in Hi Media was fun, my line manager was a very sociable man always on ground when yu need him. though will spank you when you needed to.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
