Worst work environment and culture. Politics can be learnt if you're an Hexagonian and you can be able to sustain a political party but sadly you can't be Hexagon as there are masters present than you. Teammates are always suspect ful and do back work instead of work on KRA. They call something as appraisals and HR get that done to c omplete their goals by changing grades of those high rated and reduce the incremental %.
