Job Security is good. During lock down no lay off has taken place. They deducted the salary during lockdown but afterwards reimbursed by way of Arrears. Management is helpful, respectful and believe in CARE philosophy i.e Clarity and Credibility, Accountabilty and Adaptibility, Respect and Response ability, Engage and Involve. Company Policy is good, every year they give the increment. Company growth is good....Read More
