Job security, and work life balance is only good thing in hexagon

Dislikes

Very low to no hikes, Constant cost cutting in the name of covid. Many many people already left in 7-8 months and will leave due to dissatisfaction. They even stop providing lunch money for sodexo. Indian director Navaneet Mishra is incompetent and blatantly refuses to answer any queries regarding hikes or growth of an employee. Literally NO BENEFITS, NO HIKES! and a lot of expectations from employees...Read More

Job Security. No work pressure. Good an supportive managers. Good and Promising product suite. Good hikes for high performers. Work life balance.

Dislikes

Hikes not at par with other product based companies. Old technology stack. Old development methodologies. Slow paced in adopting new and latest technologies.

Work Details

Come to office at 10 or 11 AM. Attend meetings, tech discussions. Standup. Chill with colleagues in breakout area. Free Tea and Coffee (Not good for health). Work on your backlogs. Leave by 7 (9 hours). Full enjoy

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
