Company used to great back then but now the outlook is totally changed, Now hikes are less, management is not good. Company policies are good, Free breakfast and meals to employee.

Management is not good, not employee friendly. Not much growth for testing professionals, more you will learn about their products not much in skils improvement. Hikes are less now a days. work environment is not good, mangement pressure, not a friendly environment.

job security is better compared to avg corporate companies. little flexibility with login timings and 3 work from home options per month makes little comfortable compared to stringent office timings in many other organizations. good for girls and manager level people.

Not a company for freshers. career growth is passive. no scope to explore different technologies. people with 5 -10 years exp will have a hard time with no clarity on career growth. people get struck here unable crack better jobs outside. your appraisal depends on your relation with your boss rather than your actual performance. management is not open for ideas.we just need to work like a robot as they pay us....Read More
