Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! 5years experienced personal has same salary as a 3 year experienced personal in the same company. Earlier company used to think its employees as its family and would assist them at every place but unfortunately 2019 after all the management change never been worst before. After covid everything got cost cutdown including the company gifts or Christmas cakes or whatever.

Dislikes

All the worst part is in the likes , what else would be needed here. Insurance is the other worst part here for senior employees which is equivalent to 1st level employees
