I have 2.9 years of experience in the PLM consultant role with 4 LPA. This is my 1st company and I have tried so many companies for the last 2 months. But they are asking within 30 days of joining, but I have 3 months notice period.I'm not resigned yet. I'm thinking that I can resign and try for the opportunities?. Can anyone suggest the best option....
