You can enjoy celebrations all over the year. Birthdays all employees are celebrated along with women's day, men's day, parent's day and probably all (except valentine's day).

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Very repetitive type of work offloaded from US parent company. BMI does not bid for any project on it's own (and don't have capability to complete project at it's own).10 year experience is over qualification for such work. Don't join to company if you are workaholic and want to concentrate on engineering activities.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
