He always in mood to take advantage of their female employees . he will un necessarily call you in odd working hours . if you will attend then he will starts to abuse you or will start to use rough words

In this organization you will get everything except mental piece . After sharing offer letter with me , they schedule my client discussion and told me that i am not selected so they are revoking my offer . On the basis of their offer , i resigned from my current org and they revoked my offer just for their silly excuses. Team lead is worst person he can torture you like in hell, if you are not agree what his thoughts he will destroy you like anything. There are lot of people's are hired only for giving torture you. You have to work regular 9 hour wor and daily 4-5 hour extra hour is compulsory, if cleint meeting is there you have to work 24-7. You feel frustrated, loose confidence,
