It has a good work culture and if you are a good learner then join this company to boost your knowledge. It works on latest technology that helps in your career growth. In terms of salary, it is on time and they provide good hike in your initial career. In terms of COVID pandemic, they provide WFH and supports their employees in this pandemic time.

Dislikes

After a level, you can not expect good hike and its normal anywhere. So, this is the one point I dislike

Working as a Lead Developer

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
