One of the key factor which I like in Hettich is that the freedom we get in work, we can do whatever we want, the only thing that matters is that everything should be in track. We enjoy the freedom in work. Also it completely depends upon the team you are working with. All credits goes to the team leader.

Dislikes

The major dislike I felt is regarding the appraisal, there won't be an appraisal even if we are getting promoted. Also majority of the increment will be in the VP part, the basic component will mostly remain the same. Another point to note is that ,the company is only consider your performance as a criteria for promotion, only salesvalue gets counted what else you do nothing matters. Also MD is the one and only person who decides even the smallest matters. No one else ate able to utilise their power in the proper manner.
