Only thing I like here is work process with proper follow up and monitoring

Worst company to work for.... No motivation for good work... Too bad culture... No rise in salary... People working here for long time on very less package as per the industry trend... In this digital era, company asking us to prepare every format and appraisal on paper pads sent by them... Even still they have paper reporting... When I comes to travel policy, they are having such a low expenses that one needs to spend money from own pocket.. Bad experience..... Management do not believe in individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times... Will never recommend anyone to work here...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
