Jaipur is nice place and R&D set up is good Nice Buildings and architecture, Good food Facilities for Employees.

Dislikes

1.Work Life Balance is Poor A,B &C shifts are Running in This R&D Jaipur. 2.Honest and Hard Working Employees are frustrated because only Bootlicker are Happy. 3. Boss is Always Right Culture.If You are Saying no to boss all Management trying and forcing you to Resign including HR.HR is Always Support Dept Head and Bosses.They are not listening to Employees. 4.HR is Not Deserving they are Bootlicker of Dept.Heads. 5.Dont come in this R&D they are Running like as third class Company. Literally this is worst place to work if you have any passion and Dreams their management are killing those thinking like that.
