Its a terrible work place. No worklife balance Non of the company policy is applicable to this plant Every employee have to overstay after the working hours Employee politics and fights are favoured by management ( Divide and rule is their key). Appraisals are random and full of favouritism. You will have to work even on sundays. Vision less management and spineless HR. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
