I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Frustration. You managers doesn't have understanding of standard times for any task. They want it in 10 min. No depth reviews of work. So if you are doing just data typing in air. You are good. Great work culture in Hero,When Emirates was there and company has great management team. Recent times company does not follow legacy culture

Company forced employees for VRS .when profits came down and Middle management people ZSM are greedy and promoted native state people's not by performance.
