Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The work culture is very poor. Only good thing was that the location was in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, but now it has moved to Gurugram, so that also is not there anymore

Dislikes

It’s a complete lala company where nobody takes responsibility. I have seen top managers shout at senior manager on floor. No respect to anyone. Managers use abusive language even those sitting in head office. Very poor work culture

Durty politics by dipendra and pranav, always stop his employee 's file 0 support and always try to terminate his employee if he his going another company. Always ask to tack money from costomer. We we were not give him money for disbursement he will stopp disbursement to talk with credit team. Credit team is under control of him.
