Company as Whole is great. Realistic targets with good teamwork capabilities. But the rewards could be better.

Dislikes

Future prospects looks bleak if top management shuffle didn't happen soon. Need some new and aggressive approach towards new standards and targets. Office politics are as usual. But promotion and appreciation depends solely to your superior.

Work Details

Name of hero brand tag means alot to company. But they need to payback with their own. Work life balance is hanging by thread. And corona made it worse.
