The company is good growing company. The culture is also pretty good. The work life balance is there most of the time except in case of deadlines.

Any time concall even after 7,8,9,10 pm not worried about personal life if I was on leave then they take 2-3 con call so it is must to attent call and boss will deduct petrol claim which is company provide to employees.
