Job security and work environment is good in Heritage foods.

Dislikes

The company should be revise the pay scale and promote the existing employees to next grade depends on his talent and attitude. Heritage foods is giving better pay scale and position to new employees compare to existing old employees.

Generally speaking , my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire SAP related transactions, issues and functional related issues as a Data management Coordinator of my region it contains six packing stations.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. HFL Family eat up the entire salary of those who resign in the end & These people did not pay me my 21000 rupees and said that I did not complete the 20 day notice period whereas I had completed 16 days. As per their company rules, 4 days salary should be deducted but they deducted full 30 days salary.
