You will get overall experience from D&D lab to production. No body had been told to quit the job during critical phase of the organisation.

No compensations and benefits for extra hours work, no canteen, you are not allowed to purchase break fast with your own money. There mentality is that, allowing to get breakfast is waste of time. Yearly increments were done late (due is March but happens in september or together after two years. They say that why to worry when we are giving you arrears). Lot of preference given to qualification than the skill. Salary raises were not done on performance basis. No promotions for several years of service. R & D manger is very egoistic and having lack of knowledge about chemistry. R & D manager never share even analytical data (NMR, Mass, DSC) to his colleagues even other managers in the department. Managers please don't join this company as they are not giving increments for 3 - 3 years. If some one step down company does not paid pending increments. No confirmation of service for several years. Salary raises were not done on performance basis. No promotions for several years of service. Some people gave good delivery of projects but still don't offer increments to them. Some peoples who were favour by R & D manager are slipping in the lab in day time.
