Training shall be provided more in every department to get work done quickly and efficiently. Slow work process because lack of information from everyone. If everything is provided on time then work process will be easy and efficient. There should be start date, progress date and end date but sometimes the work stretches and each and everyone blame each other. Assistant to director is very cunning person, he always try to find others faults and creates irrelevant arguments. He thinks he knows everything but he doesn't know anything. He likes to create conflicts between employees. He is the only one who plays worst politics, rest everyone is good in the organization. Directors, HR and senior management shall take serious actions against such vulnerable and horrible person but unfortunately they support him. He has confidence that no one can do anything about him and he has all the powers in the organization....Read More
