The company claims to value employees, but they will fire you in a heartbeat if it saves them money. Total lack of job security. The endless politics overshadow any chance of teamwork.

The office atmosphere is unwelcoming; collaboration is discouraged. without any acknowledgment or appreciation. There's no work-life balance here; I feel burnt out all the time. If you decide to leave, expect management to treat you poorly. They’ll make it personal. Employees are expendable; they’ll replace you in a heartbeat.

There’s no clear path for advancement. You’re stuck in the same position indefinitely. Frequent weekend calls make it impossible to disconnect and recharge.

Dislikes

They preach about work-life balance, but you’ll be working weekends and late nights constantly. The constant delays in processing payouts reflect a serious lack of respect for former employees. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Company values are merely lip service; actions speak otherwise. It’s hard to stay motivated when you see how poorly management treats employees.
