Managers follow micromanaging. Always demanding . Not respect of subordinate. Lots of Politics. Threating and no work life balance. If even a single person benefited with my review I'll be glad.

I was hired on third party as a Recruitment Coordinator, got retrenched within 2 months citing organizational restructuring which I don't believe. Note : People being placed on third party be a little cautious.

The pay is great and opportunities are wide at Henkel. Company invests much of its time in encouraging female employees and new recruits.

1. Change is slow as the company is late to adopt new tools and concepts which is essentially needed to avoid leakages. All global strategy is drilled down nothing is heard from regional level. 2. Promotion is slow, unless your manager has very good plans for you or you're a female employee. 3. HR only talks to you on the first and last day of your employment. 4.
