Good things I observed, Hemmo has been taken over by Piramal Pharma. Hence we got all benefits like a MNC. One of the leading & Successful manufacturer of Peptides API among india.

Dislikes

They pay very very less salary to the fresher. If you're from engineering background, I'll suggest not join production as it very small scale production, you’ll not bulk scale experience. Go for other sectors. Increments is too less. Whatever Increments they give will go in the deduction itself. No benefits. Canteen food is average.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Adopt the latest technology. I love the fact of team that market reliable high quality product and has a global client base. We work happily and colaburation.

The work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have work 14-18 hours slight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Also thaer no on job training for freshers. And senior folks Like me have to guide them step by step which is pain sometimes.
