2 men's are handling company. Work culture is worst. Never appreciate ur work. Donkey work is preferred. Safety word is absent from his dictionary If u joined then didn't ask for a leave.if u ask then suddenly u get ur termination letter.. This rules are made by company DGM. Work culture is bad... Bossing is dangerous to health.. I suffer from depression due to behaviour of operational director. Without any reason or small minor mistake is a big issue for this boss. boss don't know how to behave with employees
