There is a lots of politics line manager not work very well spo create a own rule's for other staff but they not follow the rules... There create the lots of problems for job ... And I feel badly we are going to work line manager not elders because he give a lots of problems and distributed in our site time patient counseling time ...

The job is very loveable in my life very quickly I learn my all works my working time I don't like to in office but much more like to spend with time my patients... spend with time in office unwanted politics problem create...

To work in CSR project is good but your job security is based on their interest of continuity.
