They management is very supportive, the work culture is very positive and healthy, prompt response to all the feedbacks and suggestions.

Dislikes

Since the nature of the engineering posts are shift based, sometimes 12 hour night shifts could be very exhausting, but still workable and manageable.

Work Details

Oil & gas industry provides opportunities to very exciting job roles and responsibilities, being a part of Helmerich and Payne Technologies, the US is into full fledge hydrocarbon production for the past couple of years, so that makes it more interesting.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
