I m no more associated with this organisation. I have learnt many things here..so that's the only thing I liked..

Dislikes

1. Management (very cheap and ineligible people r heading the organisation, only thing matters for them is MONEY) 2. Company politics( No work culture..does not allow employees to be friendly with each other. Employees r always under the surveillance of CCTV which the management operates from their home using their personal smartphones) 3. Company policies ( with a mentality to squeeze each and every employee at the maximum level against minimum salary and benefits) 4. Compensation and benefits 5. Leave structure ( no leave structure as such) 6. No support for the employees so that that they can be motivated to work fresh and learn new things...Read More
