Bias / nepotism by supervisor I was line leader at RKE line and supervisor set me in night shift continuously for 5 weeks and when I was sick they didn't give me a single holiday then i took 10 days holidays hardly after 8 month and they didn't send email to HR department and my gate was off and lastly they didn't allow to just talk to HR department

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
