Company has great policies for employees. Working culture is way better than any other companies. They respect their employees and their personal life. Work life balance is great.

Little Improvement needed while giving appraisal and promotion to an employee. As sometimes ineligible employees gets appraisal.

Insensitive people.. Indirect way of transferring the message that if you don't perform you will be fired by giving an example that many people have been fired in the organisation like this. People don't have manners to talk. Insecure managers that if someone perform they will loose their job. Always try to scare that if you do this .manager will say so many things. Hierarchy is not at all good Designed the improper structured way that you will have to come to Office otherwise next day there will be warning.half hr late also people will give you warning.
