Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. I am Working here for more than 9 years.... Year by year company decreasing their employees overall package.... Every year Company increasing their product cost and cut down their employees Salary, expenses and Incentive too. Till 2023 I was getting incentive amount of 4Lac for achieving highest slab of 110%...... Now in 2024 for the same slab i will be getting 3Lac.... After 110% achievement also emplees get 2000 hike in their salary.... No salary change after promotion... Employee have to work on the same package... No designation wise salary structure... Company doesn't revise basic salary for last 7-8 years.... This just save their part on PF. Mediclaim policy of 1Lac/Year.... No security for employees family if employees dies while working in the field....Read More
