Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Reputed company in Dermatology sector...

... 9 years.... Year by year company decreasing their employees overall package.... Every year Company increasing their product cost and cut down their employees Salary, expenses and Incentive too. Till 2023 I was getting incentive amount of 4Lac for achieving highest slab of 110%...... Now in 2024 for the same slab i will be getting 3Lac.... After 110% achievement also emplees get 2000 hike in their salary.... No salary change after promotion... Employee have to work on the same package... No designation wise salary structure... Company doesn't revise basic salary for last 7-8 years.... This just save their part on PF. Mediclaim policy of 1Lac/Year.... No security for employees family if employees dies while working in the field.
