1 Please don't join and waste your precious time, You will learn nothing in this except some bad words and conserved mind sets of employee. Schedule inside factory: 1 8:00AM to 9:00AM Check in and Break fast (Rs 10 Inside factory, If you come little late like 8:05AM that's all no breakfast all will be sold) The factory is very big It takes almost one hour for this end to that end. Take care of your knee. No Shuttle service. Only Gazzeted officer vehicles are allowed. Apprentice are allowed in main gate only, but they have multiple gates. Which actually sucks. Boy if you get caught with phone then your life is ruined and you will be treated like a 420 Culprit, all your data will be checked. But all other employee even Group C cader employee will bring mobile nobody is going to ask the as they backed by are very powerful Employee union, even Group A officers are scared of them. 2 9:00 AM to 9:30AM Telling Good morning to your Assigned officer (JWM or Chargeman). time also for regaining energy after long walk from main gate. 3 9:30AM to 10:00AM tea break 4 9:30AM to 11:30AM Working ( Apprentice are made to take draft or xerox work by Assigned officer). 5 11:30AM to 12:00PM If you start walking at this time then only you will reach canteen around 12:10PM 6 12:00 to 12:30 Eating meals ( Rs 20 that to you have to get token based on your nearest canteen in morning or else no food for you). 7 12:30PM - 2:00PM Sleeping time (Yes you herd right Sleeping) all employee have their own beds near their work place hidden backside of machine. If you manage to talk to employee and even you will get a bed to sleep. This is the only thing I Enjoyed! 8 2:00PM to 3:30PM all will be working (But apprentice will be taking xerox or simply roaming with friends) 9 3:30PM to 4:00PM Tea break and chit-chat time. 10 4:00PM - Start walking to main gate the only you will reach by 4:40PM, 4:45PM bell rings all can go to home. Other things, 1 You will start hating tanks after going inside factory. 2 Every Friday pooja will be there you will be give lot of prasadas. 3 You will be given Stipend of Rs 9000 Only 4 Quarters are provided at shared basis for 5 people in 1BHK (You will fight a lot with your room mate for cleaning etc) (Around Rs 200 is deducted). 5 As mentioned most of Apprentice will be sons of TNSTC employee, They said" With this apprentice certificate and with some Rs 12 - 15L payment the will get AE or JE post in TNSTC Depot). (But I don't encourage this shortcuts, Please don't spoil the system). Conclusion Please don't join, instead you join any private company or and coaching institute.
