The products to work upon are good. You get good exposure on the technical front.

The partiality, especially meted out to Service department. The compensation is always way below the market trends. The growth is there but not if you perform exceptionally well, but only and only if you are not in the service department. Have to be on your toes everytime. And if you want to leave, forget about your variable income,as Healthware will not give you the fruit of your hard labour of previous year as a token of punishment for leaving them....Read More
