Company don't appreciate hardworking employees, But instead top level managements people are surrounded by Cheaters and un educated people as a team leader and unit head to manage the center and hope to do well with the health care business. No job security,

The good health care business concept . I got opportunity to work for different location and setups . It’s all dependent on your immediate boss . My first boss was really good , gave us good space for growth and worked innovate .

HR idoesn’t follow any process . Hire and fire is the concept of this company . As startup full of politics . Managment doesn’t care for employees . They didht pay bonus and last few months salary .The work pressure is very high . Compenstation is not uniform as per the experience and level. HR will terminate you if will get pregnant.
