As I worked there for 1 and half year they have serious problem of communication and they have only one person who handle HR, Admin , CFO and other thinks. Due to it is very mis management. They have not paid us salary from Feb 2020 till September. And the worst part is they are not even communicating us about this.

As it’s a start up you get to learn basiscs and climb up your field experience

Dislikes

Leadership is driven by politics and mind plots. Human Resource’s are wagging tails to the founders which makes it very difficult to work with / alongside the company. Not goal oriented, personal interest takes the first priority than product development.
