All people are good ..jo inke khas log hai.only jo manager ke gurge hai..unhi ka salary appraisal accha hota hai.. baki jo acche se hard work kre managers ko koi samjh nhi aata..

Management politics ..politics bahut jyada hai..apne khas logo ke baare me sochte hai unhi ka 20 ya 30 percent hike hota hai...baaki ka yha kuch nhi...puri saal hard work krne ke baad bhi only 5 ya 7 percent hike hota hai..isliye maine company chhoda

It is a stable company and their revenue is not much depended on the Investors money but on PL products. So thats a good thing about this 10 year old startup. And there is just one thing which can be termed as benefit is, Employee Sale of their PL brands i.e. MB or HK Brands which the Employees enjoy. The products which they get/buyare either damaged or near expiry, as the company believes in making profit even if in litter. Let me list down the negative things which will come in a package while you join this company: -- No Work Life Balance and No Mental Peace -- Your Health will start deteriorating with time and you have to join Yoga and Meditative Classes to compensate it -- No facilities or benefits available like Cafeteria, Gym, Childcare, WFH, etc. -- Zeo stability in the company as they can FIRE permanent Employees at their free will -- The packages they offer are a bit less compared to e-Commerce standards -- No professionalism be it a Associate or a VP. Employees are treated as convicts and data issues are treated as terrorist activities -- Inexperienced and incompetent guys get the maximum of the packages, so the wage distribution is uneven or biased -- Lack of Business and Technical knowledge in the Leadership and Central office -- Employees get fired at free will and unrealistic reasons they get for the sacking.
