You have no work-life balance. The work pressure is high. Even though you get appreciated by clients, it would get unnoticed by the managers. People who work from home can never earn high salaries. And now the company has started with a new model where there is a 10% of TDS deductions(againstthe govt. Rules) from the salary no matter how much more or less you earn.
