I liked the opportunities of growth I had here and there is no bar for incentives if performed well.

Dislikes

There are many things to dislike such as no Job security at all, you might get terminated even for slightest bit. The management is non approachable and non communicating yet very intrusive in all matters. Lack of communication is the most adverse thing here. And decision making power is with one single person and totally depending upon his mood.

Work Details

Work life was good considering actual work only rest of the management, administration and timings were very poorly managed. There was no scope for personal life at all while working here. I used to be here for 14 hours a day for my shift.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
