Pathetic work environment, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes the seniors did't allow the employees to go for a break until their daily target is met. Managers don't value an individual's strengths, even they don't look into an employee's health. The thing that matters to them is their business and they don't care about anything. Seniors try to deduct salary and apply unnecessary penalties over the individuals. The worst company and I would suggest not to waste your time in applying to this company. I used to work as a health advisor at Healthians. Absolutely cold calling and convincing the clients to buy their expensive products even if there is no requirement for the same.

No proper policy, terrible work culture, unprofessional / TL / vp, No proper leave policy, no proper help desk for the employees.
