Where do I even start? No work culture Bad and unhealthy work environment Higher management only care about themselves. You are expected to work on weekends and holidays no sick leaves either they will keep calling you if you take leave. The only way to get promoted is to Praise your higher ups so no matter how much qualified you may be but someone who can be goody-goody to higher ups will get promoted over you even if they are highly under qualified. No appreciation for anything. No work life balance. Employee's are treated like badly and salaries are deducted unfairly and HR department mistakes. HR department is the by far worst in this company they tell you one thing in interview and a completely different thing when you join and will make a liar out of you. No growth no learning nothing you will get. They won't promote or give increament to thier own employee but will replace the employee with new person with higher salary. If you resist against anything they will force you to quit by putting pressure on you. No job security you can be asked to leave whenever they feel.
