I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. It was good company with good work life balance. But technology wise they are using not legacy but ancient technologies. But it all depends on project, some projects are good too. Salary hike is good .

I like the fact that hierarchy doesn't play an important role at Healthayst. You can reach out to any your managers and management without and issues.

Dislikes

The two things I didn't like about Healthasyst are: 1. Growth is based on the number of years you have spent in Healthasyst and not on your performance. 2. They always try to retain their employees with bonuses and Employee development program rather than giving a good appraisal. And any questions or concerns raised on appraisal front are put overlooked and you are told it'll be resolved in next cycle. This circle continues....Read More
