Health prime Service is best for freshers to start there career but some, job security is there , work culture is also the best management is also best in the company

Dislikes

Salary is decent for freshers but career growth is slow and there is a bond for 2 years before which you cannot resign.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
