It's a worst experience of my life......The management is very bad and even they provided accommodation with a small dim light, and at the time of salary they deducted Rs. 10,000 /-. It's a worst company and had a word with owner he didn't responded properly.

It;s a worst exp. with them and they told me come to come back from Chandigarh and go to Nainital, when i reached to delhi they said we are unable to bear that much of salary. They have offered me half sal. of that on which i was working. Please don't go for such organization. Even they are unavle to pay salary on time.

The "work" part is great.

Dislikes

The most important skill to survive in this institution is a thorough knowledge of politics. If you can withstand bottomless politics and give up any self respect you may have because you need some money coming in, this is the perfect place. The management has a megalomaniac attitude and they are set in their ways. There must be some reason for such high attrition rates.

Get to go home by 4:30. Then work from home begins. Expected to be available 24*7. Doesn't matter if you actually work. You must learn to show that you do.
