Apart from politics and appraisal everything is good in that hospital .too much racism on community basis I joined the hospital as an o.t staff and was promoted to OT INCHARGE POST only bcz of my performance and skills by the higher authority whom I have never talked to even.but ot head( doctors side) who wanted to make someone elseas ot incharge from his community but didn’t work out bcz no experience and no proper language fluency. So he illtreated me very badly. Since he s a doctor administration believes his words without knowing the truth. So finally I gave up my papers when they were abt to make stupid decisions on my career.. it’s just full of cheap politics...Read More

a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
